Yoga for neck & shoulders Sometimes life is just a pain in the neck!! If you are one of the many people who have chronically tight shoulders and neck, then this is the class for you. Everything in our life from driving, to working on computers and even eating puts us into a forward position with our shoulders, pulling on the neck muscles and creating recipe for stiffness and pain. Join me for this workshop and workout the kinks!

What you ask, is the P-P-SI connection? Well, after many years of chronic pain in my hips, hamstrings and lower back I have come to recognize the interdependence and may I say it “Co-Dependence” of Psoas – Piriformis -Sacroiliac joint!
If you experience pain in your lower back, pelvic region(especially on one side only) Sciatica or hamstring issues, then this is the class for you. We will dissect the inner workings of the these three parts of our body and work on isolating with very specific stretching and strengthening exercises and yoga poses to help YOU unlock hidden compensation patterns and remedy them.
This class is accessible to everyone no matter what level your yoga or fitness practice is or is not!
